As you enter the kitchen is straight ahead featuring an L-shaped counter with double sink, plus tons of storage with upper cabinet and lower cupboards and drawers. A slide out three burner range with microwave, refrigerator, and pantry make cooking up your favorite meals a snap. There is a counter peninsula with bar stools that separates the kitchen from the living room.

A slide out dinette and two chairs just to the left of the entry door creates plenty of room to hang out. You can also choose a sofa in place of the lounge chairs if you'd like. The rear wall entertainment center offers a electric lift TV, plus overhead storage cabinets also.

There is a slide out sofa opposite the door side slide which makes a great conversation area.

Head to the right up the steps once inside and find the bathroom including a 48" x 30" walk-in shower with dome, and toilet plus vanity with sink.

Continue down the hall to the front bedroom where you will enjoy sleeping on a residential queen size bed. There is a dresser opposite the bed along the exterior wall, plus a front wall wardrobe, and washer/dryer prepped closet, and so much more!
