Ready to explore the RV lifestyle? The Jay Flight SLX Travel Trailer has everything you need, in a compact package. With both single and double axle floorplan options, this RV offers a variety of sizes, with all of the standard amenities you've grown to love from Jayco. The Jay Flight SLX boasts an oversized freshwater tank—30-gallons for the single axle floorplans and 52-gallons for double axle SLX models (roughly 25 percent bigger than the competition). These tanks are supported by large, oversized steel bars screwed to the frame, unlike the aluminum straps you'll find elsewhere. 

But superior design doesn't stop there. All Jay Flight SLX’s have 16-inch, on-center wood studs throughout the entire wall, with 7-inch LVL headers above slide rooms and 3-inch headers above entry doors. You’ll also find R-7 fiberglass insulation in between each stud that has been glued in place to prevent sagging over time. This small travel trailer is a great entry-level option, but you can count on the construction to last as long as your expected adventures. 

The bunks are another place on the Jay Flight SLX where the design prevents wear and tear over time. Jayco has the largest travel trailer bunk weight capacity in the industry (300 lb. weight capacity for a single bunk and a 600-lb. for double bunks). You can safely and soundly use these for sleeping arrangements, or as extra space for storage. 

Inside, the Jay Flight SLX boasts some luxe residential features. Solid hardwood cabinet doors and drawers, with hidden cabinet hinges, offer a modern and sleek look. We continue to keep our owner's needs at the top of our mind, by offering oversized cabinets for increased storage space. In addition, you'll find maximized storage underneath the bed or bunk beds, under the dinettes, under the jack-knife sofas and even a neatly finished and lit exterior passthrough storage space. And just like our larger units, the Jay Flight SLX comes standard with a 60,000 BTU on-demand tankless water heater, for comfortable water temperatures as needed. 

We know you spend most of your time outside, but for those nights and certain days you spend inside, you’ll still be able to enjoy excellent views, thanks to the Jay Flight's innovative oversized G20 dark-tinted windows. The dark-tinted windows aid in keeping UV rays and the heat at bay, and add privacy. Even the entry door consists of a window (which you'd be hard-pressed to find in other brands).
