This recreational vehicle has not undergone Keith's Trailer Sales' standard pre-delivery inspection (PDI), safety inspection, or reconditioning process unless expressly stated otherwise.

The purchaser acknowledges and agrees that:

• The unit may require repairs, maintenance, replacement of components, or other work before it can be safely or properly used.
• The condition, operation, functionality, and completeness of all appliances, mechanical systems, plumbing, electrical systems, propane systems, accessories, and components are unknown unless specifically disclosed in writing.
• Keith's Trailer Sales makes no guarantees regarding the present or future condition, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, roadworthiness, watertight integrity, or suitability of the unit.
• Any descriptions, photographs, videos, floorplans, specifications, dimensions, weights, or equipment lists provided online or in advertising are for general information only and are not guaranteed to be accurate. Buyers are responsible for verifying all information prior to purchase.
• The purchaser has been encouraged to personally inspect the unit and may, at their own expense, arrange for an independent third-party inspection before completing the purchase.
• All sales of AS-IS units are final. Once ownership has transferred, the purchaser assumes all responsibility for repairs, maintenance, inspections, certifications, licensing, transportation, and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Unless expressly agreed to in writing, Keith's Trailer Sales will not perform repairs, provide warranties, or offer post-sale goodwill repairs on AS-IS units.
