The kitchen has a free standing table and chairs, four burner range, double kitchen sink, l-shaped counter with lots of space, and a refrigerator.
Off of the kitchen is the bathroom. The bathroom has a sink, toilet, and a tub with shower.
The rear bedroom offers a queen bed, two wardrobes, and a set of drawers.
Upstairs you will find a large loft to relax in.
*This park model is set up on site #2 in our Oak Hill campground, Oak Lake Campground, Kerrick, MN. This park model comes with two decks**, gazebo**, shed, dock, deck boxes, flower planter, free standing shade umbrella & wrought iron patio set. The yearly rent for this site is paid for until January 2026. The seasonal site rent is $3,900.00 plus electric. We purchased a camper from a private party and were looking to get setup for the 4th of July. The service department was able to take time and go over the ins and out of my new to me camper and also install a solar charging system.
