Pack up your toys, grab the kids and some food, and enjoy what this Heartland RV model 415 toy hauler fifth wheel has to offer! You can play hard all day then relax in comfort with family and friends in this luxurious unit.

Starting with the 12' cargo garage you will enjoy the rear ramp door for loading and unloading. There is also a side man door for easy access when you are parked and the toys have been removed. There is a convenient half bath in the cargo with an overhead loft above featuring sleeping for two plus an entertainment center. The loft area can be accessed by a ladder from the main living area.

Enjoy a spacious kitchen with slide out pantry, refrigerator, and L-shaped counter with rounded end including two bar stools, plus a second pantry. The counter also features a double kitchen sink. There is a walk-in pantry just inside the kitchen from the interior cargo door.

Across the room you will find a large L-shaped sofa with two dinette tables with plenty of seating for the entire crew and more. There is also a 40" flat screen TV nearby that can easily be viewed from the sofa and/or bar stools.

Step up to a hall with a side aisle bath including angled shower, toilet and sink. There is also a second bath door from within the front master suite.

Enter the front bedroom from the hall door or from inside the bathroom. The bedroom features a queen bed slide, dresser, wardrobe, round seat and washer dryer closet and so much more.

You can add an optional electric queen bed with lower split bench seat in the cargo if you like.
