As you step into the 12' garage area through the side entry door you will see how this space does double duty. It is perfect for hauling the toys of your choice, and getting 'em in and out will be super easy with the 8' rear ramp door. The space is also perfect for hanging out with family and friends with dual sofas opposite one another. You can also sit and enjoy a TV on the interior wall. Plus, you will like the extra sleeping space you have when you add the optional queen bed above two sofas that store up to the ceiling when not in use. There is also a loft area that the kids will surely love.
Enter the main living area through glass patio doors in the cargo area or through the second main entrance on the side. In the kitchen there is a 12 cu. ft. refrigerator and a hi-top booth dinette in the curb side slide-out. Opposite there is a slide-out three burner range, overhead storage cabinet, and counter with double kitchen sink. The slide also features an l-shaped living room sofa that is perfect for enjoying the 46" TV which is mounted above an electric fireplace.
Step up to a side aisle bath with angled shower, toilet, and vanity with sink. There is also an overhead storage cabinet and linen cabinet which is part of the bedroom slide-out. The bathroom features double entry doors for convenience. You can enter from the hall or from the master bedroom which includes a residential queen bed, overhead storage, TV, and so much more!
You can even add a washer and dryer in the garage space as it has been prepped for both. A king bed is also an option if you choose.
