The bathroom has a toilet, linen cabinet, tub with shower, and a sink.
In the kitchen you will find a pantry, refrigerator, four burner range, double kitchen sink, and a free-standing table and chairs.
The living area has a comfortable sofa, two chairs, an end table, and a corner entertainment center. There are also two gable windows, one above the sofa and one above the table, which allow for more sunlight in the living/kitchen areas.
You will find plenty of overhead cabinets throughout the 39FLSB, and so much more!
**This park model is set up on seasonal site 4 in our Riverside campground, Oak Lake Campground, Kerrick, MN. The price includes the park model, deck, screen porch, 2 sheds, patio table and storage bench in porch, The seasonal site rent for this site is $2,950.00 plus electric. Randy and Tim helped us out. We needed some new batteries on our trip from Indianapolis to Bend, OR. Not only did they get us the batteries, when we needed a new connection made they drove us down to the local Napa and got us back. Also stayed open an hour past closing to make sure we were good. - Dan
