Inside the 39ASL Loft the living room is located along the front of this model. Here you can relax at the sofa or chair. You will also find a corner entertainment center, fireplace, and end table by the sofa.
The kitchen has a free standing table and chairs, double kitchen sink, and refrigerator along one side. On the opposite side the rest of the kitchen is v-shaped and here you will find a four burner range, microwave, and lots of counter space. There is an additional pantry down the hall.
The convenient bathroom has a toilet, tub with shower, and sink.
You will find that the rear bedroom has much space with the queen bed, two wardrobes, and a set of drawers.
Upstairs there is a tall loft. This area is great for entertaining guests or just going up there to relax! You will also find storage in the loft closet and so much more!
**This park model is set up on seasonal site 20 in our Oak Hill campground, Oak Lake Campground, Kerrick, MN. The price includes the park model, deck, hard awning over deck, grill and living room TV. The seasonal site rent for this site is $3,900.00 plus electric. The rent includes a dock slip.
