The Pioneer PI355 floorplan is very desirable due to the fact it has a mid-bunk room located between the kitchen and bathroom. The two bunks can also be left up or removed to make an office or bonus room.
This unit has an automatic 6-point leveling system that makes set up a breeze.
The living room comes with a double reclining loveseat and a sleeper sofa. Also includes an entertainment center with a huge flat screen and surround sound system.
The kitchen is nicely appointed with solid surface countertops and rich wood cabinets. It has a 4-burner stove with an oven with an exhaust vent in the hood range. Stainless double sink and plenty of pantry space. The kitchen area is appointed with LED accent lighting as well.
The bedroom has an island queen bed with storage underneath and two hanging wardrobes.
The bathroom is spacious, with a full-size shower. The seller installed a swing-out shower rod, which is a nice touch!
Relax outside under the fully automatic awning, with LED lighting and stereo. There are outlets outside also to hook up a TV for the sports fan.
